For Schools
Schools play an important role in communicating the facts about HPV and explaining the benefits of vaccinating males and females to parents and guardians.
A number of materials have been developed by the Australian Government in conjunction with state/territory health departments to help you communicate information about the program to parents and students. These can be found on our ‘School resources‘ page.
If you have students in the eligible year level, you should be receiving a pack of information materials about the program at the start of Term 1. Check ‘The Program’ page for information about the rollout in your state/territory in 2013 and 2014.
You can find more information about HPV, the HPV vaccine, as well as factsheets for parents and students on this website. You can also order printed materials through the ‘Order resources’ page.
If your school has not received a pack of information materials, contact the relevant organisation in your state/territory (below).
